At ZYNERIC SHOP, we value your satisfaction and strive to ensure a smooth delivery experience. Please read our return and exchange policy carefully before making a purchase.

Return Policy

Returns are only accepted at the time of delivery.

When the delivery agent hands over the product, the customer must check the product immediately.

If the customer likes the product, they can accept it.

If they do not like it for any reason, they must return it on the spot to the delivery person.

No returns will be accepted after the delivery person has left.

We do not accept returns within 7 days or at any time after delivery.

Exchange Policy

If a customer wants to exchange the product after receiving it (due to size, color, or other non-defective reasons), an exchange charge of ৳130 will apply.

However, if the product is damaged or defective, there will be no extra charge for exchange.

To request an exchange, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery via email at zynericshop@gmail.com with a photo of the item and reason for exchange.

We request all customers to check the product carefully during delivery and make an informed decision on the spot.
